Whoa nelly its deload week! The workouts will be short and sweet, but we are still looking for you to push yourselves!

Monday:

Building – Clean and Jerk + Pull Up/AirDyne

Foundation – Front Squat + Split Squat/FLR

Tuesday:

Building – CrossFit Fun…. a meeting with one of the girls

Foundation – DB Bench/Good Morning + Pull Up/AirDyne

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – CrossFit Fun (a ‘for time’ grinder)

Thursday:

Building – Snatch/Back Squat + Full Body Strength Work

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building and Foundation – Deadlift/Incline Bench + Sprints

Saturday:

Building and Foundation – Park Workout!!!
