We made it! We saw some incredible improvements over the past 8 weeks, squat numbers jumped by over 30lbs, a handful of new Oly Lifting maxes, almost everyone got further in the Death By Emom challenge. It is testing week! We have finally reached the end of this 8 week cycle, and now we get a chance to see how much we have improved. After this we enjoy a de-load week and move onto a new cycle!
