Week Preview: August 21-26

Hello everybody!

Hope you had a chance to get out and enjoy this amazing weather we are having, get it all in! We enter week 3 of our cycle which brings us to the final accumulation week, keep tracking those numbers for the RPT.

Foundation gets a taste of the tester our Building members went for on Tuesday, while on Friday our Building and Being group look at their aerobic capacity in a simple (not easy) “for time” effort!

Monday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Bench + Pull Ups & Curls

Building – Snatch + Push Press + Pull Ups & Curls

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Row/Gob Sq/KBS)

Building – Cleans + FSQ + Intervals (Bike/Cleans/Sled)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Bike/Skip/Burpee/Box Jump/Crawl) + AB City

Building – Rest up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Day!

Building – Snatch Complex + Bench & Ring Rows + Arm Pump

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + DB RFESS + DB Press + Arm Pump

Building – Clean Complex + DB RFESS + For Time (Run/Row)

 

Saturday:
