Week Preview: Jan.15-20

The Saturday crew put in a hard effort at the Partner Hopper this past weekend! Nice work all!

This week brings the boxing trial class, grab a friend and come on down this Tuesday!

On January 29th we kick off our first OnRamp of 2018! For two weeks, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, 6-7 pm we will help a new group of people learn what training at Sublime is all about. Pass the news along to your friends and be sure to ask about our referral incentive!

Monday:

Foundation – Bench + Upper Body Strength

Building – Snatch + Clean + Jerk + Lower Body Strength

 

Tuesday:

Everyone: Intervals! (Rowing/Burpees/Sled/WB/Bike)…. With A Little Twist!

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Paloff/Bear Crawl/Sq ISO)

Building – Rest Day

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Day

Building – C&J + FSQ + Intervals (WB/DU/Box Jump)

 

Friday:

Everyone – EMOTM Mania!

 

Saturday:

Everyone: Deadlifts + AMRAP (Row/KBS/Box Jump/Walking Luge)
