Week Preview: Jan.9-14

So, the big boss (Kyle), is out of town and that leaves little boss (Brendan) to put together a few words.

I have some very good words. The best words.

But, I think we’ll have to wait ’til next week.

Monday:

Foundation – Shoulder Prep + Pressing & Chins + Abs

Building – Snatch + Pressing & Chins + Abs

 

Tuesday:

Everyone – Deadlift + Squat/Row/Burpee Insanity + Back extenshuns (sic)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – AMRAP’s (SAKBS/Jump rope/WL/Jump Rope/Sled push/KBS)

Building – Take out a sheet of paper, draw a big heart, and then put Kyle’s name in the middle. (Or maybe Tim/Evo/Claudia… one of those lovely people).

Thursday:

Foundation – Write Kyle an “I miss you” email

Building – C&J + DB Bench & Pendlays + Max Efforts (Pull Ups/Bike/Push press/Row)

 

Friday:

Foundation – DB Bench + Pendlays + FSQ + GHR & RKC

Building – P-Cl + FSQ + GHR & RKC

 

Saturday:

Everyone – A fast and furious team workout sprint.
