Week Preview: June 13-20

Hope you enjoyed the weekend.

We are shifting into a new phase…. we will still have plenty of conditioning, but the workouts won’t be quite as intense as they have been over the past few weeks. We have a couple testers tossed in this upcoming week, however the other conditioning pieces are meant to be a steady 90% effort to avoid red-line.

Don’t forget we have the next installment of the Sublime Saturday Series coming up on Saturday. Get in and test your 2000M Row, then follow that up with a team workout to get a good sweat in!

Gym has been packed and buzzing lately so keep it coming, we are rolling along and are currently sitting 2% higher than last year at this time… doesn’t sound like much but when you consider we average around 1000 visits per month, its pretty good!

 

Monday:

Foundation – Deadlifts + FSQ + Conditioning (Gob Sq/Pull Ups)

Building – Snatch + FSQ + Conditioning (Thrusters/Pull Ups)

 

Tuesday:

Foundation & Building – Bench + Push Press + “For Time” (Run/KBS/Burpee)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – BB Rows & Harop Curl + Farmer Walk & Bear Crawl + Bike & Sled

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – “Grace” OR Sled Push Tester + Push Press & FSQ & Thruster Complex + Deadlift

 

Friday:

Foundation & Building – Incline Bench + BSQ + Conditioning (HLR/Gob Sq/Rowing)

 

Saturday:

Everyone: Sublime Saturday Series Event #3 – 2000M Row + Team workout (Running/Air Squats)
