Hey all! New cycle for Foundation, some increased intensity. Week 4/4 for Building, and week 2/4 for Being.

Monday:

Foundation – Front Squat & Chin Up + RFESS + Curls & Band Pulls + LP Bike Sprints

Building – Jumping + BSQ + Press + Sprints + Dips & KBS Galore

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Aerobic Circuits: (TGU/Mid-Line Work/Bike/Row)

Building – Snatch Complex + Speed Deadlifts + Ring Row & Sled & Arms Only Bike + Farmer Walk!

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – DB Bench & RDL + Pressing + CrossFit Tester (KBS/Push Up/Row)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Floor Press + BB Step Up & K2E + Aerobic Intervals (DB Thrusters/Skipping/Burpee/Row)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Back Squat & Ring Row + Single Leg Strength + Tabata! (WB/Burpee)

Building – Cleans + Pronated Pull Up + DB Snatches Until The Cows Come Home

 

Saturday:

Everyone – Single Modality Intervals! (Row/Bike/Running)
