Foundation – Front Squat & Chin Up + RFESS + Curlssssssss & Gettin A Band All Up In Your Face + Bike EMOM

Building – MB Toss + Back Squat 5RM + Push Press + Step Ups & HSPU/Incline Bench

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – DB Bench & RDL + Leg Curls & Seated Press + Tough Intervals (Push Up/KBS/Row)

Building – Rack Pull + Alt EMOM (Clean/Box Jump/Rope Climb/5-10-5)

 

Wednesday:

Everyone: Get Out Doors!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Aerobic & Mid-Line Stability Work (TGU/H.H/Plank/Bike/Russian Twist/Tuck Ups/Row)

Building – Broad Jump + Front Squat + Bench + Conditioning Fun With (Thrusters/Ring Rows/KBS)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Back Squat & Ring Row + Db Floor Press & Single Leg RDL + 7AMRAP (WB/Burpee)

Building – Clean Complex + Pull Ups + CrossFit Fun (DB Clean/Burpee/Box Jump)

 

Saturday:

Everyone – Aerobic Intervals (Row/Bike/Run)
