Week Preview: May 1-6

Couple quick housekeeping notes:

  • Summer Saturday hours are now in effect, it will be one big workout @9:30. See ya there for a great one this week!

 

  • Our next Sublime Saturday Series is the Big Three on May 27th. Come take your shot at maxing out the Bench,Squat, and Deadlift. CAN ANYONE DETHRONE THE 2016 CHAMPS!?!?!?!!?!

  • Sublime is happy to welcome a new staff member! After months of shadowing classes and completing his CrossFit Level one course, Scott will see some action in the month of May. Be sure to check him out on Wednesday evenings!

Monday:

Foundation – DB Mania + Upper Body Push & Pull + BSQ & Bench

Building – Snatch + Clean & DB PP + BSQ & Bench

 

Tuesday:

Everyone – Mono-structural Intervals gradually increasing in intensity (Run/Row/Sled/Bike)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Dips & Pull Ups & Step Ups + AB City + Row/Sled/Run

Building – Rest Up

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Up

Building – Dips & Pull Ups & Step Ups + AB City + Row/Sled/Run

 

Friday:

Foundation – FSQ & DB Row + HS Hold & Pistol Holds & Kipping Practise + AMRAP (Sled&Row)

Building – OHS & DB Row + HS Hold & Pistol Holds & Kipping Practise + AMRAP (Sled&Row)

 

Saturday:

Join Brad For A Real Good One! Teams of 3: Thruster/Burpee Box Jump/KBS/Running
