- Our next Sublime Saturday Series is the Big Three on May 27th. Come take your shot at maxing out the Bench,Squat, and Deadlift. CAN ANYONE DETHRONE THE 2016 CHAMPS!?!?!?!!?!
- Sublime is happy to welcome a new staff member! After months of shadowing classes and completing his CrossFit Level one course, Scott will see some action in the month of May. Be sure to check him out on Wednesday evenings!
