Alllllllllrighty, we wrap up the Structural Strength portion of our cycle this week. We have seen some great work so far, lets keep it rolling!

Monday:

Foundation – DB Mania + BSQ + Body weight skill work

Building – Snatch + BSQ + Body weight skill work

 

Tuesday:

Foundation & Building – Upper Body Push/Pull + AB City

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – DB Mania + FSQ + Intervals (Plank/Row/Sled)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – OHS & Rows + Push Ups & Row + Jumps & Sled + Rings & Running

 

Friday:

Foundation & Building – 20:00 Of Work (Tuck Ups/Hip Ext/DU/Row/Bike/Pull Ups)

 

Saturday:
