Final week of this current cycle for both groups!

Foundation – Back Squat + Core work + Sled/Ad EMOTM

Building – Clean & Jerk + Front Squat + Hang Clean/AD EMOTM

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Bench + Pull Ups + Row intervals

Building – Snatch + Push Press & Pull Up + Crossfit AMRAP (Pull ups/DU/Box Jump)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Deadlift + Long Aerobic work (Kbs/skip/lunges/row/farmer walk/burpee)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch + Back Squat & Pull Ups + CrossFit Grinder (Thruster/HSPU/KBS)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Front Squat + Core Work & Bench & Rows

Building – Clean & Jerk + Clean Deadlift + Strict Press + Aerobic Intervals (Row/Box Jump/Burpee)

 

Saturday:

Foundation – TGU + Aerobic Intervals (Row/Box Jump/Burpee) + Lunges & Farmer walk

Building – Snatch Balance + Back Squat & Muscle Up + Dips & Gymnastic fun
