Week of June 27, 2016

Short week and a short post!

We have modified hours for Canada Day. On July 1 we will have a team workout. It will be so challenging that nobody can foreseeably recover before the end of the weekend so we will be closed July 2.

I am cramming in 5 workouts for you Mon-Fri, however you can opt for 4 workouts no problem.

Most importantly, there are two tests I need from Foundation and Building. They are Mon and Tue… If you miss either of those workouts please complete the testing portion later in the week and make sure to fill in your numbers on the sheet.

Monday
Foundation & Building – Front Squat test, wb/box jump/run “whiteboard workout”

Tuesday
Foundation & Building – Deadlift test, step-ups & high-pulls, Tabata row

Wednesday
Foundation & Building – Press & Harops, Farmers & Spiders, Runs & sleds

Thursday
Foundation – Front squat, pull-ups/burpees/run
Building – Clean, Jerk, step-ups

Friday
Foundation/Building – Team workout: Kbs/burpee + bike/wallball
