Week Preview July 14

Both Foundation and Building are starting a new phase of training this week.

Monday

Foundation – Lunging, Glutes/Hams, and Upper body pump day

Building – Snatch repeats, Clean & Jerk development work, Squat, Upper body pull

Tuesday

Foundation – Some extended sprints involving airdynes, burpees, running, box jumps

Building – Gymnastics structural work and some mixed lactic endurance (yay!)

Wednesday

Foundation – Squats and Mixed Aerobic work

Building – Rest day… light aerobic activity (e.g. bike ride) is recommended to help recovery from Tuesday

Thursday

Foundation – Rest day

Building – Snatch intense, Snatch balance/OHS, Deadlift/UB Push

Friday

Foundation – Deadlifts, Step-ups, Upper body work, and a small conditioning piece

Building – Gymnastics structural work and some extended aerobic power work

Saturday

Team lactic endurance workout INSIDE the gym. Note that we also still offer an 8AM session where you can make up a missed workout from earlier in the week.
