Week Preview: June 12-17

Hope you all enjoyed the testing week! We had great attendance during this time and were able to gather plenty of data, gives us a much better understanding of our members. We will be using those numbers found last week and building off them with a style of programming referred to as Reverse Pyramid Training, give this article a read if you are interested in learning more about it. Make sure you record your results from week to week!

Building – Snatch Complex + Press + Chins + Ab Work

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Deadlift + Intervals (Burpees/WB/Sled/Running)

Building – Clean Complex + Squat + Intervals (Burpees/Thrusters/Sled/Running)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – EMOM (WB/Skipping/KBS/Rowing + Strength Work

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch & Jerk % Work + EMOM Chins + Bench + Pendlay

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Squat + Bench + Pendlay

Building – Cleans + Deadlift + Running + Strength Work
