Week Preview: Sept. 4 – 9

Okay, a well earned de-load week!

We have a team workout scheduled for Monday @9:30am, Kyle is going to put a spin on his Musical Journey workout from back in the spring. Also, due to the long weekend we will have a 6:00am class on Wednesday for all you early risers to get in your 4 days.

The Sublime Saturday Series returns on September 16th with the 5K run! Coach Jay has mapped out a course in Kildonan Park, save a spot now!

Hope to see some of your faces around more often now that the summer months are winding down!

Monday:

Join Coach Kyle for a team workout!

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Landmine Press & Hip Ext + Upper Body (pull ups/abs/curls)

Building – Snatch + Push Jerk + Upper Body (pull ups/abs/curls)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + FSQ + Intervals (Gob Sq/Running)

Building – FSQ + Intervals (Gob SQ/Running)

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Bike/BJ/KBS/Skip/Row) + AB Work

Building – Snatch + Landmine Press & Hip Ext + Arm Pump

 

Friday:

Foundation – Movement Prep + Single Leg Mania + Arm Pump

Building – Clean + Single Leg Mania + Arm Pump

 

Saturday:

Join Coach Gail for a partner workout (Squats/KBS/Push Ups/Row)
